Conference Fees:

USD 500 for all three days with three different tracks of tutorials and talks.

Cancellations and Substitutions:

Full refunds will be granted for cancellations submitted to OSCOM no later than 16 September 2004. A 5 % handling fee will be applied to all canceled registrations. After 16 September 2004 no refunds will be given.
Substitutions (name changes) may be made without penalty at any time by contacting OSCOM .
